Do you have an online shop?

No.  As our main focus is on providing IT consulting and support we have chosen not to run an online shop.  Our sales team aim to provide sound advice on quality products, suited to our customers’ needs.

How do I get pricing?

Our sales team can provide pricing and availability.  Email sales@bta.com.au

What products do you supply?

We can source a wide range of IT products including:

  • servers, desktops, notebooks, tablets, thin clients
  • monitors, keyboards, mice, cables, notebook and tablet cases
  • portable hard drives
  • network attached storage units and raw hard drives
  • printers and printer consumables
  • routers, switches and networking equipment
  • uninterruptible power supply units and surge protection
  • software and software licensing

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by phoning or emailing our sales team.  We will provide a written quote by email. Email us your signed quote acceptance with credit card details or proof of direct deposit and we will process your order the same day.  Please note proof of identity may be requested.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped direct from our supplier’s warehouses.  Depending on product availability and the time of day your order is placed, delivery can be as soon as next day. All deliveries are made via courier direct to your door.  To ensure security of your order a signature will be required for proof of delivery.

What if my package is damaged when I receive it?

All packages should be checked for damage before signing and accepting the delivery.  If a package has visible damage you have the right to refuse delivery.  Please contact us immediately should you experience any problems.

What is your return policy?

We are committed to providing quality products. In the event however that you receive a faulty, damaged, dead on arrival or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Are goods covered by warranty?

Products we supply are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.  Blueprint Technologies assigns and passes to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer.  Goods under warranty cover will be repaired or replaced by and at the discretion of the manufacturer of the product.  We will assist you with contacting the manufacturer and logging any warranty issues.
